Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding their bank accounts and pending dues.
Explain repayment and settlement options professionally.
Negotiate suitable payment plans and encourage timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies, banking guidelines and compliance requirements.
Achieve assigned performance and collection targets.





Eligibility
Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic English communication skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and achieve performance targets.
