Carnival Farms is hiring a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager for its luxurious property in Sampath Chak, Patna.

Designed as a luxury destination for weddings, grand celebrations, cottage stays, corporate offsites and curated social experiences, Carnival Farms brings together elegant event venues, expansive lawns, poolside settings, beautifully planned hospitality spaces, café experiences and complete celebration support within one property.

The role requires someone who can represent a luxury property with confidence, grace and robust client understanding. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, hosting property walkthroughs, building relationships with families, wedding planners, corporate clients and event partners and converting high-value leads into confirmed bookings.

This is a full time, in office role. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Carnival Farms,
Sampath Chak, Patna,
regularly.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for weddings, banquets, social events, corporate offsites,



stays and café-led experiences
Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, referrals and partner networks
Conduct property walkthroughs and explain venue options, packages and event possibilities
Follow up with potential clients and drive booking closures
Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, decorators, corporates, schools, colleges and local businesses
Plan and support local marketing activities, tie-ups, property visits and preview days
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, availability, packages and event requirements
Maintain enquiry records, follow-up sheets, client databases and booking updates
Understand client requirements and suggest the right venue, package and experience
Support management with sales reports, revenue updates and market feedback
