Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor invoice verification, payment processing, bank reconciliation, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires robust accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify purchase invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Perform 3-way matching before processing invoices.
Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.
Prepare payment vouchers and process payments through NEFT/RTGS/Cheque.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Record journal entries and maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP.
Process debit notes, credit notes, and vendor adjustments.
Ensure accurate deduction and payment of TDS.
Verify GST compliance and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC).




Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
Prepare monthly Accounts Payable MIS reports.
Resolve vendor payment queries in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Finance departments.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
