Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated
Safety Engineer
to ensure secure execution of our solar power projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
policies at solar project sites
Conduct
risk assessments, hazard identification
, and safety audits
Ensure compliance with
electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
Supervise protected installation of solar panels, structures, and electrical systems
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions
Ensure proper usage of PPE
by all workers and staff




Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for safety compliance

Required Skills:
Knowledge of
solar EPC projects and construction safety
Understanding of electrical safety, working at heights, and site hazards
Familiarity with IS standards, OSHA guidelines, and HSE practices
Robust observation, reporting, and communication skills

Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Safety Engineering
Certification in Industrial Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in
solar / infrastructure / construction projects
