Onboard and coordinate with recent solar and battery installers.
Assign installation jobs to installers based on location, availability, and project requirements.
Plan and coordinate installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
Communicate with customers regarding installation appointments and provide timely updates.
Handle customer queries related to installation, scheduling, and project progress.
Maintain regular communication with installers and follow up on assigned jobs.
Monitor installation progress and ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve installation-related issues.
Support post-installation activities, including customer follow-ups and issue resolution.
Ensure all installation records and job status updates are maintained accurately in the system.
Work closely with the sales, operations, and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
