Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Manage, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
Conduct daily staff briefings before each shift to communicate targets, updates, and operational requirements.
Handle employee and customer grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate smoothly between the kitchen and service teams.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
Track daily sales, control operational costs, and achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹14,554.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
