Experience: 15+ Years in Paints / Coatings Industry

Key Requirement:
Candidate should be capable of developing and expanding the Chhattisgarh market while being based in Chhattisgarh. Robust experience in dealer/distributor network development, market expansion, and team leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for Chhattisgarh.
Appoint and strengthen dealer/distributor network across the state.
Drive sales growth and increase market share.
Lead and mentor the sales team.




Coordinate with production and supply chain for timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred Profile:
Proven track record of successfully developing current territories in Chhattisgarh.
Robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
