About the chance

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, organised and execution-oriented marketing qualified to strengthen the company’s brand and corporate communication across digital platforms, exhibitions, marketing materials and customer-facing channels.

The selected qualified will work closely with the Director and coordinate with Sales, International Business, Technical, Quality, HR and Plant teams.

Key responsibilities
Develop and execute Pasondia’s overall marketing and brand calendar.
Maintain consistent company positioning, visual identity, messaging and brand standards.
Manage LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, website content and digital campaigns.
Develop corporate stories, product communication, technical highlights and customer-facing content.
Coordinate company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, newsletters and case studies.
Plan and coordinate domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships and industry events.
Coordinate exhibition registrations, stall communication,



invitations, promotional materials and post-event content.
Work with designers, photographers, video agencies, website developers and other external partners.
Coordinate plant photography, corporate films, product visuals and campaign creatives.
Collect accurate content and information from Technical, Quality, Production, Sales and HR teams.
Support product launches, certifications, approvals, awards, achievements and company announcements.
Maintain the company’s marketing-content library, brand assets and approved templates.
Track campaign performance, website engagement, social-media growth, enquiries and exhibition leads.
Support corporate communication, public relations, employer branding and internal communication.
Ensure that all marketing claims and technical information are accurate and properly approved.
