About The Role
The client is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to join its
Wealth Transformation
team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in Agile delivery, Program Increment (PI) Planning, business analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. Experience in AI-driven initiatives and knowledge of wealth management processes will be an advantage.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery partners to define business requirements, support Agile execution, and drive digital transformation across wealth management platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Lead workshops for requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution design.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.




Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support digital transformation initiatives and process optimization programs.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and solution validation.
