Key Responsibilities
Configure
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
for newly acquired business entities as part of global M&A; initiatives.
Analyze business requirements and perform functional design and configuration.
Validate and support integrations with vendors and upstream/downstream applications.
Execute end-to-end solution delivery including:
Design
Configuration
System Testing
UAT Support
Deployment
Prepare functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts.
Work closely with technical developers to review Application Engine, SQR, and other PeopleSoft objects.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, and offshore/onshore development teams.
Support production issues and project activities during U.S. business hours when required.
Required Skills
8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
Robust experience with
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2

Functional expertise in:
Payroll
Perks
Robust SQL skills.
Experience with:
System integrations
Functional configuration
Testing
Documentation
Ability to understand technical components including:
Application Engine
SQR
PeopleSoft objects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
