Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, exporters, and importers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Engagement
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Provide tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide inputs for strategic planning and market positioning.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with operations and CHA teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners for competitive rates.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards,



and ethical practices.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.
Proven track record in sales and client acquisition within logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
Certifications in supply chain or international trade preferred.

Desired Profile
5–8 years of sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
Robust client network in manufacturing, pharma, or retail sectors.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and collaborative team player.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
