We are hiring Assistant Customer Service Executives to support students and customers throughout the admission process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Guide students regarding courses and admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Update customer details in CRM and Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions team.
Support daily customer service operations.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
