We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a robust passion for user-centered design and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, capable of creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user needs, business goals, and pain points.
Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
Design low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create clickable prototypes in Figma to validate user interactions and workflows.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, spacing,



and accessibility across all digital products.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve designs based on research and analytics.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
Optimize existing products by identifying usability improvements and implementing best UX practices.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design standards.
