Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ophthalmology and operating theatre settings.
Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after surgery, providing appropriate emergency support if required.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including patient records and surgical notes.
Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and eye health management.
Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and productive operations within the OT.
Uphold high standards of infection control and patient safety protocols.
Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the OT setting, ensuring it meets the necessary regulatory and safety standards.

Bsc Nursing,GNM
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
