Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Hub Incharge with 12 years of experience in hub operations, last-mile logistics, and rider management. The candidate will support daily hub activities, ensure smooth shipment flow, manage rider operations, and maintain delivery performance as per operational standards.
Assist in managing daily hub operations and dispatch activities.
Coordinate last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle rider onboarding, attendance, shift planning, and allocation.
Monitor rider productivity, performance, and delivery SLAs.
Ensure accurate shipment sorting, scanning, and dispatch.
Resolve rider and operational issues, escalating critical cases when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Hub Operations and Last-Mile Logistics.
Rider/Fleet Management experience.
Knowledge of shipment handling and dispatch processes.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Robust problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting.
