Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Junior Business Consultant with solid experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent understanding of business needs and translating them into functional requirements.

In addition to consultant responsibilities,



the candidate should possess a commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services that deliver additional value to clients. Robust communication, stakeholder management, and industry exposure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and convert them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP best practices.
Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and business process models.
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, development teams, QA teams, and solution architects throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and ensure complete understanding of client expectations.
