The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing schools offering Xseed,CBSE and SSC curriculam and a proven ability to integrate Olympiad and IIT Foundation programs into the academic framework.Immediate joiners will be prefered from Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Ensure effective implementation of Xseed CBSE and SSC curriculum standards and guidelines.
Lead and strengthen Olympiad, IIT Foundation, and competitive exam preparation programs.
Monitor curriculum planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment to achieve high academic standards.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive school setting.
Drive student achievement through innovative teaching methodologies and data-driven academic planning.




Maintain compliance with educational regulations and board requirements.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
Plan and execute professional development programs for teachers.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. or M.Ed. (preferred).
Minimum 8–15 years of teaching and school leadership experience, including 3–5 years as a Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head.
Thorough knowledge of Xseed,CBSE and SSC curriculum.
Experience in implementing Olympiad and IIT Foundation programs.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in school administration, academic planning, and team management.
