Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end PO opening process for the Middle East market.
Create and process customer orders accurately in the ERP/EIS system.
Coordinate pricing, product cataloguing, and order confirmation with senior team members.
Ensure all order details, specifications, pricing, and customer requirements are accurately recorded.
Coordinate with the PPC (Production Planning & Control) team to obtain production schedules and committed delivery dates.
Follow up regularly with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
Track order status and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate order records and generate reports using EIS and Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.




Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements throughout the order lifecycle.

Required Skills
Experience in PO Opening/Order Processing within the jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of EIS/ERP software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valuable understanding of jewellery manufacturing and order flow.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
