Cynosure Technologies is hiring an experienced Lead – Network for Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

Position Details
Role: Lead – Network
Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Vemagal, Karnataka
Work Mode: Onsite (Plant Workplace)
Shift: As per Plant Operations (24x7)

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise network deployment, implementation, and support activities.
Deploy and manage active & passive network infrastructure across manufacturing plants.
Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Fiber Backbone, ISP links, and network redundancy.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high availability.
Implement network security, device hardening, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
Lead critical incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Change Management activities.
Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and backup strategies.
Maintain network documentation, inventory, health checks,



and operational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT Infrastructure and Security teams.
