About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating and converting leads, especially for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for D2C brands through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Identify and approach businesses that require digital marketing services such as Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Branding, and Creative Services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.
Prepare proposals,



negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in a Digital Marketing Agency.
Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals for D2C brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and cold calling.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
