Responsible for the execution and management of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity across the entire Karnataka State.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / RESCO / Renewable Energy Project Execution.
Mandatory experience in the execution of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity.
Candidates with experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Utility-Scale, Rooftop, and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.




Diploma in Electrical Engineering with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of solar power projects above 1 MW capacity under the RESCO model.
Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.
Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical works at project sites.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, and Karnataka DISCOM regulations.
Monitor project quality, safety, and construction progress across multiple sites.
Plan procurement, testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and successful project handover.
