About the Role

Win in Life Academy is hiring an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive admissions for our French Language Programs. The ideal candidate should excel at consultative selling, understand learner motivations, and possess a robust record of achieving admissions and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective learners on French language programs (A1–C2).
Guide students on certification pathways, curriculum, and career opportunities.
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video, and in person.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate admissions, documentation, and student onboarding.
Support promotional campaigns, webinars, and education fairs.

Eligibility




Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
5–7 years of experience in Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Admissions Counselling.
Experience in French language education, international education, or certification programs is preferred.
