Job Summary

As a Management Trainee – US Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions with our US-based clients. This role is ideal for specialists with robust communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand the US recruitment process and become successful in the role.

Key Responsibilities




Source potential candidates through job portals and internal databases.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess qualifications and communication skills.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment targets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve client hiring objectives.

Required Qualifications
Freshers Or 1–3 years of experience in International Voice, Chat, or Email Support (US/UK/Global Process).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in the night sh
