We are seeking an experienced and agile Tech Support Engineer – Pre-Sales with strong hands-on expertise in Networking, Firewalls, VMware, and Backup Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure solutions at client site. This role requires both technical depth and customer-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, technical presentations, and client consultations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate networking, firewall, virtualization, and backup solutions.
Implement and configure solutions at client sites or provide remote deployment assistance.
Work closely with the sales team to support proposals, technical documentation, and proof-of-concept deployments.
Ensure proper documentation of configurations,



installations, and support cases.
Provide post-sales technical assistance and maintain solid client relationships.

Preferred Qualification
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
