Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Group Coordination & Business Development

Location: Ahmedabad/Surat (Gujarat)

Employment: Full time

Travel Requirement: Extensive domestic and international travel

Reporting To: Managing Director

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, trustworthy, and business-oriented skilled to work directly with the Managing Director and support the monitoring, coordination, administration, travel, and business-development activities of all group companies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, correspondence, appointments, and confidential assignments.
Monitor the performance and activities of all group companies.
Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Track pending tasks, project milestones, sales targets, receivables, customer issues, and management decisions.
Prepare presentations, business reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
Coordinate with Indian and international customers, vendors, consultants,



business partners, and internal departments.
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, quotations, orders, payments, and business opportunities.
Support group-level business development and identify current customers, markets, partnerships, and projects.
Represent or accompany the Managing Director at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, factory visits, project locations, and business events.
Support administration, HR coordination, vendor management, office management, and implementation of management instructions.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.

Domestic and International Travel Responsibilities:
Travel frequently with the Managing Director or independently for business assignments across India and overseas.
Be willing to travel at short notice and remain flexible regarding travel dates, duration, and working hours.
