Responsibilities:?
Conduct verification of student, co-applicant, and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to ensure legitimacy for overseas education loans.
Review and cross-reference academic transcripts, financial statements, and income proofs to check for data consistency and accuracy across the application.
Evaluate incoming loan applications for completeness and strict adherence to internal policies, ensuring all files are fully "credit-ready" for the underwriting team.
Securely upload, update, and maintain accurate customer profiles and application statuses within the internal loan processing system.
Collaborate actively with internal teams to flag and resolve missing information, tracking outstanding documents to ensure swift loan processing turnaround times

Requirements:
Fluency in English, Kannada and Telugu is mandatory
