Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 02 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and sourcing strategies for various IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview updates




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Work closely with the team to meet hiring targets

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Internship or prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
