14 years of recruitment experience in a staffing firm or recruitment consultancy.
Experience in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or Banking hiring is mandatory.
Exposure to both Non-IT and IT recruitment is preferred.
Good understanding of BFSI functions and technology roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a rapid-paced setting.
