About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EHS Head to lead the Workplace, Health & Safety function for our Vision Rx Lab operations in Gurgaon. The role will be responsible for driving a robust safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading sustainability initiatives, and implementing world-class EHS management systems across all Gurgaon manufacturing labs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement Environment, Health & Safety programs aligned with corporate standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and global EHS requirements.
Drive risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and corrective action plans.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs to build a proactive safety culture.
Monitor EHS performance through audits, inspections, and data analytics, ensuring timely closure of action items.
Oversee fire safety systems, industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, and workplace safety initiatives.
Support sustainability reporting, environmental compliance, certifications,



and statutory submissions.
Partner closely with plant leadership to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

What We're Looking For
15+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety or M.Sc. in Environmental Science with Industrial Safety certification.
Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) preferred.
Strong experience in manufacturing processes, EHS management systems, sustainability, risk assessment, process safety, fire safety, industrial hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in leading EHS teams and partnering with plant leadership.
Working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, audit management, sustainability reporting, and environmental monitoring.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
