Cynosure Technologies is hiring an experienced Problem & Knowledge Manager for our prestigious client Tata Electronics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete Problem Management lifecycle including identification, RCA, workaround creation, resolution, and closure.
Perform proactive and reactive Problem Management to eliminate recurring incidents.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis.
Track Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely implementation.
Own and govern the Knowledge Management process, standards, templates, and workflows.
Create, review, and maintain high-quality knowledge articles for Service Desk, L2/L3 teams, and end users.




Drive knowledge adoption to improve self-service and reduce recurring incidents.
Manage Problem & Knowledge modules in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
Publish dashboards and KPIs including Problem trends, Knowledge usage, CAPA, MTTI, and Ticket Deflection.
Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across IT operations.
