We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a full-time Project Manager in our Trivandrum office.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing current business opportunities within the engineering consulting sector.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects, coupled with a robust aptitude for cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Effectively sourcing, negotiating, and facilitating new business
Developing working relationships with clients
Meeting and exceeding client expectations and project milestones
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently
Writing / Developing and tracking proposals
Managing financial activities of the project including tracking revenue, issuing invoices and recovering receivables
Assembling and guiding a team towards meeting project objectives
Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded and meet company standards and project scope
