Customer Relations Executive

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage student and customer interactions, build solid relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and company services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Support student onboarding and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Support business development and marketing activities when required.





Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/BBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
CRM knowledge or customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Educational Consultancy, IT/ITES, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
