We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our properties services, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain products/services, offers, and advantages clearly and convincingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Report daily activities and results to the team lead/manager.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role
Valuable persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
