Senior HR Executive
Location: Kochi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills and hands-on experience in HR processes.
Requirements:
MBA Preferred
3–5 years of HR experience
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, and HRMS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
