Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring current clients and generating revenue through online bidding platforms and direct client engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in international sales, proposal writing, client communication, and closing deals for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and other bidding platforms.
Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Prepare winning proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Handle client communication, negotiations, and project discussions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients.




Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
Strong expertise in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, or similar platforms.
Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate Joiner or currently serving the notice period.
Experience working with international clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
