This role exists at the intersection of sports, storytelling, and speed. As live sports consumption increasingly shifts to digital and social platforms, there is a growing need for video editors who can create high-impact, real-time content that keeps fans engaged throughout live matches and tournaments. At SI, Video Editors play a critical role in delivering fan-first visual experiences, ensuring that key match moments are quickly transformed into engaging, platform-optimized content that drives reach, interaction, and shareability.

Primary Responsibilities:
Editing of audio and video files, using the appropriate software FCP X to reconfigure asset to an acceptable delivery format for product build
Promo Editing of video files with using the appropriate software and having a sense of video styling and colour correction
Should be versatile with sound usage in videos




To reformatting of illustrations and photos using the appropriate software (FCP X) to an acceptable delivery format for product build
Where applicable, oversee image manipulation it terms of cultural sensitivity and cultural relevance to fulfil key market requirements

Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
Robust understanding of short-form video formats and social media trends
Experience editing sports or high-volume digital content
Familiarity with platform-specific video optimization (aspect ratios, duration, captions, etc.)
