At TUMC, we deliver innovative, sustainable, and customized consulting solutions to government bodies and private enterprises. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator to join our team and contribute to the design and formatting of professional documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and format reports, manuals, proposals, and presentations as per company and client specifications
Ensure consistency in layout, style, and branding across documents
Work closely with consultants, content creators, and graphic designers to finalize publications
Make corrections and adjustments as per feedback in a timely manner
Convert text and data into visually appealing layouts using industry-standard DTP tools




Maintain document version control and file organization

Requirements:
Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role
Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Solid attention to detail and a positive eye for design and layout
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of printing processes and formats is a plus
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Publishing, or a related field is preferred
Marathi and English Typing 40wpm

Pay: ₹9,909.09 - ₹25,284.62 per month
