IMPORT & EXPORT Executive – Job Description

Job Summary:
The EXIM Executive will handle export and import documentation, coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and banks, and ensure timely customs clearance and shipment execution while complying with EXIM regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify export/import documents.
Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and EXIM regulations.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
Maintain EXIM records and prepare MIS reports.

Qualification:



Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Logistics, Business, or related field)

Experience: 2–5 years in Export & Import operations, preferably in a manufacturing or metal industry.

Skills: EXIM documentation, Customs procedures, Incoterms, MS Excel, ERP systems, and valuable communication skills.
