We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer with a strong focus on test automation expertise and a solid foundation in manual testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex business domains, contributing to high-quality software delivery through modern testing practices and tools.

Key requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer.
Strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Strong product/domain understanding with the ability to explain workflows, business processes, and project functionality clearly.




Hands-on experience in building and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
Positive understanding of manual testing practices.
Ability to work with complex business domains.
Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC.
Fast learner, self-motivated, and a solid team player.
Good experience in mentoring/leading a team of QAs.
Strong communication and detailed answering capability.

Nice to have
Experience with Xray.
Experience working on HCM products.
Experience with NLP/Plain English automation tools like TestRigor.
