Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
