Job Summary

VIBGYOR High School – NIBM, Pune is looking for an experienced and passionate Secondary Mathematics Teacher with mandatory experience in teaching the Cambridge International Education (CIE) Curriculum for Grades 8 and 9.

The ideal candidate should possess robust subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, concept-based Mathematics lessons aligned with the CIE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons aligned with the CIE curriculum for Grades 8 and 9.
Develop and implement lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other learning resources.
Teach mathematical concepts using engaging, interactive, and student-centric teaching methodologies.
Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, problem-solving,



and application-based skills.
Assess and monitor student performance through regular tests, assignments, classwork, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and improvement.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support and differentiated instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum planning and academic delivery.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, professional development programmes, and school events.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace.
