Join Our Team as a Working Party Flight Line Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Airbus in KAYL as a Working Party Flight Line Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing workflow and Non-conformities (NC) for the A320 FAL rework team, specifically focusing on the forward fuselage. Your responsibilities will include planning outstanding work for operators, preparing job cards based on Aircraft Managers' priorities, and ensuring smooth operations leading up to Flight Operational Tests and FAL production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage workflow and Non-conformities for the A320 FAL rework team
Plan outstanding work for operators, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Aju tasks
Prepare job cards based on Aircraft Managers' priorities
Prioritize operations in alignment with Flight Operational Tests and FAL production plan
Analyze and document NC with relevant drawings, Standard Operation Instructions, and Work Orders
Coordinate with suppliers (Safran, Stelia, Leonardo, HAL, CAC, LAT, SGS) for rework




Ensure part availability and re-order when necessary
Work closely with production and quality teams, reporting daily tasks and KPIs

Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role within the aviation or manufacturing industry
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
