We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects, including apartments and villas. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, ensuring quality construction, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
Verify measurements, bills,



and quantity estimates.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment and villa construction projects.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential building construction.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site management.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Project Site Location: Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
