About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function at JustWravel. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, payroll, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure financial accuracy while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee the company's complete accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.




Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
Maintain compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Handle assessments, notices, and statutory audits.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monitor vendor payments and customer receivables.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balances.
Review payment approvals and financial transactions.
Payroll & Financial Controls
Supervise payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Audit & Risk Management
Lead internal and external audits.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.
