Follow up with mechanical vendors on purchase orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
Monitor the progress of fabrication, machining, and material supply.
Coordinate with the procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to meet project requirements.
Resolve vendor-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery status, and vendor communications.
Verify vendor documents, including invoices, test certificates, and dispatch documents.
Prepare daily and weekly vendor follow-up and material status reports.
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
