Job Description – Sales & Business Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Engineer to drive sales growth, develop current business, and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate inquiries and achieve sales targets.
Handle techno-commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Promote Equipment, Spares, AMC, Service, and Up gradation business.
Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and timely complaint resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and dispatch.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and submit MIS reports.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales & service team.




Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to company policies.
Represent the company at exhibitions and customer events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred).
Experience in B2B technical/industrial sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
