Direct Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage direct marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will build customer relationships, generate leads, increase sales, and evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns.
Identify and target potential customers.
Manage email, SMS, telemarketing, and direct mail campaigns.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in direct marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
