We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Admissions & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseas education counseling, admissions, and business development, with the ability to lead a team and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students for overseas education opportunities (Germany, UK, Europe, etc.).
Lead and support the admissions counseling team.
Generate and convert quality student leads.
Coordinate with the marketing team for online and offline campaigns.
Manage the admissions pipeline and CRM.
Coordinate with universities and partners.
Achieve admission and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Solid counseling and communication skills.
Knowledge of overseas admissions and visa processes.
Experience with CRM and lead management.
Leadership and target-oriented mindset.
