Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation with 36 years of experience in B2B lead generation within the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience generating qualified leads for IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, or Technology Solutions through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting. Experience targeting US and European markets is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads for IT Services and Technology Solutions through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
Identify and engage CXOs, Directors, VPs, and other key decision-makers in target organizations across the US and European markets.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for IT Services offerings, including Software Development, Cloud,



AI, Data, Digital Transformation, and Staff Augmentation services.
Qualify prospects based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
Research target accounts, industries, and technology buyers to identify current business prospects.
Maintain accurate lead records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales with an IT Services, Software Services, or Technology Consulting company (Mandatory).
Proven experience generating B2B leads for IT Services/Software Development/Technology Solutions.
