This is a project based chance for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking Project Associate with a robust background in strategy, operations, and project execution to support large-scale transformation and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on business transformation, restructuring, and diversification initiatives.
Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop business plans, operating models, and growth strategies for clients across the maritime ecosystem.
Conduct market assessments, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including government bodies, CPSEs, and client leadership teams.




Drive cross-functional coordination and facilitate workshops, reviews, and governance meetings.
Identify operational improvement prospects and support implementation of transformation initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Duration: 12 Months (extendable)

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Open to candidates from any location. Travel expenses to the work location will be covered by the client.)
